Except, you have to buy another software package called Motion Live ($100) for the mocap, and then you have to buy another software called 3D Exchange 7 ($499) to export to UE4, except there's also another software Unreal Live Link ($1,490) that does something else, but it's possibly free for Indie developers who can show proof that they don't make $100,000. Does it export to UE4 or not? There's a bundle with iClone for animation and mocap. That's reasonable, right?Įxcept, it's not even remotely simple. There's a 50% discount due to Covid now, and it's current price is $199. What's not to like, right? So naturally, I looked at cost first. Not only does it look better, but according to the feature page, it can export Unreal Skeletons. I saw a YouTube video about the software, and it looked way better than Fuse. It feels practically impossible to figure out what you need or what you are getting.
